Kim Cockerham, President & CEO
After graduating from New York University with a BS in accounting, Kim pursued a career in public accounting with one of the top accounting firms in the country. Following her time in public accounting Kim became a successful owner/operator of a national franchise. Building upon her success as a franchisee, She started a financial management and consulting firm targeting small businesses. In that capacity Kim’s company managed all financial aspects for her client companies. Most recently Kim served as Vice President of Operations for a health care company where she managed a staff of over 100 Care Managers across twenty-three states. In this role she was responsible for business development and ensuring that her staff provided top quality service to over 1000 individual patients. With Kim’s background, commitment and leadership, Baker-Eubanks is well positioned to extend its reach and provide its clients with best-in-class support and services.
Amy Fagan, Chief Business Officer
Amy has been a key leader at Baker-Eubanks for seven years. She started as an analyst and quickly learned all aspects of the background screening process. Her role as Chief Business Officer allows her to assist new clients with pricing and onboarding information as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and vendors. She is dedicated to providing a superior service experience. Amy holds a BS degree in Marketing.
Joleen Williams, Director of Operations
Joleen has been with Baker-Eubanks for seven years as an Analyst and Senior Analyst. She has been the primary contact with current clients, ensuring reports are processed securely, accurately and efficiently. Her role has recently expanded to Director of Operations to continually review our processes in order to provide the highest level of service to each client. Joleen obtained her BS degree in Human Resources Management and has earned the Professional Background Screening Association’s Fair Credit Reporting Act Certification.
